We're looking for skilled braai staff with proven experience in grilling, spit braais, rotisserie meat, and traditional shisanyama to join our team on a part-time, event-based basis.
Please note: This is not a full-time position. Shifts are assigned per event and depend on bookings. Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meat for events using braais, rotisserie, and spit braai setups.
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
Ensure clean, safe handling of equipment and meat at all times.
Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during events.
Requirements
Must have hands-on experience with braaing, spit braais, and rotisserie meat.
Strong understanding of fire/heat control and meat preparation.
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Familiar with basic food safety and hygiene practices

Pay: From R60,00 per hour
