Greenlight Expert - Customer Service - JhbJob SummaryDeliver 5-star, in-person support to driver-partners and riders.Reviewing and approving vehicle documents.Help existing driver-partners troubleshoot any issues they experience (i.e. a delayed payment).Assist with events and promotions as needed.Walk driver-partners through the onboarding process and all of the tools they need to be successful on platforms.Deliver high-quality presentations to new and existing partner drivers to ensure that they are fully informed and passionate about the opportunity.Ad-hoc responsibilities.
