Graphic Designer (Remote)
Location: Remote (preferred: Latin America or South Africa)
Compensation: $2,000 - $3,000 USD/month (independent contractor)
Start Date: Targeting October 6th, 2025
Working hours: Must have 5 hours of overlap with EST working hours (9am-2pm EST).
About the Role
We are a fast-growing brand with a strong focus on creative and high-quality design. We're expanding our team and looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support packaging, web, and social media design initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can balance strict brand guidelines with fresh, innovative thinking.
Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Creative Lead and cross-functional teams to create impactful design assets that align with our brand identity. The position will primarily focus on packaging and digital design while supporting other creative needs across the business.
We are aiming to finalize the hiring process by October 3rd and begin onboarding the successful candidate by October 6th.
Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality creative assets across packaging, landing pages, ad creatives, and Amazon graphics (~70% of workload).

• Create social media content, website design elements, and additional marketing materials (~30% of workload).

• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency within brand guidelines while contributing creative input.

• Develop and update brand guidelines and documentation as needed.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with the brand vision.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (portfolio quality prioritized over years of experience).

• Strong portfolio showcasing work from the last 12 months, including:

• Packaging design

• Graphic/visual design

• Website and landing page design

• Social media content

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and expectations.

• Creative thinker who can work within established guidelines.

Work Arrangement

• Independent contractor role: candidate is responsible for their own taxes and healthcare.

• Annual all-expenses-paid team offsite.

• Potential opportunity for US relocation after 12-18 months.

Interview Process * Initial interview with the Creative Lead.

• Second interview with the Creative Lead and a team member, including discussion of a completed design assessment.
