About the Role Youll become an integral part of the in-house design team, supporting social media and brand campaigns with high-quality visuals, engaging captions, and trend-savvy content. • Design branded content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Create graphics, carousels, and story templates from briefs.
• Edit and resize visuals while applying brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyse social media trends and performance (Meta Business Suite).
• Collaborate on campaign concepts, competitions, and storytelling ideas.
• Handle community engagement by responding to comments and DMs.
• Assist with broader marketing material and packaging design.
• Keep asset libraries and templates up to date.

Requirements

• BA / BFA / Diploma in Graphic Design or related qualification.
• 2+ years experience in a creative design role.
• Portfolio showcasing digital and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a bonus.
• Solid visual, layout, and typography skills.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and boosting content.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
