Graphic Designer
Job Description
We are a business consultancy looking to grow our team with a strong creative generalist. You should be a mid-level graphic designer with experience in digital design and the ability to work across multiple disciplines.
The role involves developing and expanding the corporate design of two businesses, including traditional business and marketing collateral. We are looking for a creative thinker, not just someone who knows the software. You must have worked in a creative environment before and be able to demonstrate strong, practical design ability.
Qualifications and experience
Minimum 5 years' experience as a graphic designer
A CV and portfolio are mandatory and must be submitted with the application
Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a test brief
Advantageous (Nice to Have)
Basic video editing and simple animation (AfterEffects)
Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video tools
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
WordPress experience
PowerPoint design skills
Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow brand identity and maintain brand guidelines Ensure all marketing communications are consistent across channels and departments Design marketing communication material and campaign assets Design business publications, concepts, and layouts Create infographics and translate data into clear visual concepts Design social media and digital campaign collateral Source, create, and edit images and graphics Produce high-quality design output using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Strong layout and typography skills Solid understanding of print and branding design Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Methodical, precise approach to work Creative problem-solving ability * Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
