Graphic Designer (Part-Time - 20 Hours per Week)

About the Role

We are an outsourcing / BPO provider supporting multiple client brands. We are looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to create visual content and design assets in line with client brand guidelines.

This role is suited to a junior to mid-level designer who is reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently with clear briefs and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Support

Create graphic design assets for digital and print use Design marketing materials such as: Social media graphics Website banners Flyers, brochures, and posters Presentations and basic brand assets Adapt existing designs to different formats and platforms

Brand Consistency

Follow and apply brand guidelines accurately Ensure all designs are consistent in style, layout, and quality Make revisions based on feedback

Collaboration & Workflow

Work from clear briefs provided by internal teams or clients Communicate progress and manage assigned tasks Deliver work within agreed timelines

File & Asset Management

Prepare final files correctly for web or print Organise design files and assets for easy access Ensure version control and naming conventions are followed

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

Practical experience in graphic design (portfolio required) Proficiency in relevant design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma) Good understanding of layout, typography, and colour Ability to follow instructions and absorb feedback quickly Strong attention to detail Reliable, accountable, and well-organised Good written and verbal English

Desirable

Experience working with multiple brands or clients Basic understanding of digital marketing or social media design Print production knowledge

Working Arrangement

Part-time:

20 hours per week Fixed monthly salary aligned to hours worked Ongoing work subject to performance and workload
