Job Summary Matric;Trade Tested Grain Miller; MS Office; (Dip.Prod.Mngt);5+ yrs wheat/maize milling;3+ yrs snr level. Dev/budget dept. 5-year plan/capital expenses/maint projects/ cntl critical spares/post installation review. Establish quarterly model stocks/ maint.vit./on-site returns/mix back %/stock cntl/conditioned grain products/ ingredients/spares/mass balances /report on/investigate stock NC/implement CA. Prepare/mngt annual production budget/I.D. suppliers spares/services/stores cntl/buying SOPs/mngt daily expenses/ID/action/report on CI projects/ savings/minimise rejects/ downtime/maximise efficiencies/extractions/milling gains. Plant set efficiently/ implement BOP/good milling practices/break releases/analysis/conditioning/ extractions/balance mills/specs/product QC consistent/safe/cost effective/ minimum waste/SPC/review daily log sheets/weekly submissions. Tenders/quotations/ resolution/ 3rd party service contracts within co. systems/principles/processes/zero audit findings. SHERQ - correct PPE/installations inspected /legal compliance/sign off/registers/Safety meetings/ implement RCA/actions audit outcomes/CA implemented. Compile training needs/gaps/select training providers/ID people potential/dev staff technology/legislation/ systems/ SOP/employ staff with capabilities/implement Workplace CI/20 Keys/ Invocoms/liaise other dept/knowledge sharing own/other teams/integrated decision-making.
