An opportunity exists on our Graduate Trainee Programme in the Supply Chain department for Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd.

Kindly note our Graduate Trainee Programme is not a permanent position but only a 2 year Fixed-Term contract.

• Transport & delivery Monitor
• POD Process & Order tracking

Proforma Invoices

• Proforma invoice creation
• Proforma , Invoice and credit notes print out

Blocked orders

• Incomplete orders list
• Orders blocked list
• Control , Release of orders blocked (AFK)

Claims Price

• Claims Process and handling

Third party processes

• Price information and validity range
• Price information
• Price list and discount list
• Pricing Calculation Tool (IPT)

Advanced OPEX Trainings

• Tecweb
• Sales Planning
• Claims (CQS)
• Customer master data
• Bx
• ESI Tronic
• Forms
• Material Determination

Customer / Market specification

• Introduction of customer market requirements. Eg. Inspection, COC, ACID, etc.

Customers / Tasks handover

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

Requirements

• Customer service oriented
• Well spoken and the ability to communicate on all levels of the business (speak, read and write)
• Computer literacy in MS Office packages is crucial, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Personal Characteristics

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High degree of self-motivation and accuracy
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Ability to work independently and in a team
