The Workforce Management graduate program by Altron Systems Integration will provide an opportunity for you as a graduate, to participate in a working internship. You will have the opportunity to acquire to become a Globally Certified Consultant in the areas of Workforce or Access Control management.

There is a global shortage of the Workforce Management and Access control skills - skills that you will be exposed to. This program is designed to provide Altron and our clients with skilled and certified consultants. We will mentor you and set you up to grow into our business. At the same we will empower you with practical, unique and specialized skills that will enable you to seamlessly integrate into the workplace.

If you show that you have the aptitude within a few months you will be training and trouble-shooting with our clients as they engage on their Workforce Management journeys.

What you need to qualify for the program:

We are looking for 2 levels of candidates: -

1) University Graduates in IT fields xe2x80x93 to focus on the development, configuration, implementation, and integration of workforce management solutions

2) Technical diplomas / degreed candidates towards the implementation, technical troubleshooting and designing of hardware and related software access control solutions

For our University Graduates we look for:

BSC / BCom in Computer Sciences

BSC / BCom in Information Technologies

HTML/CSS

Java Script (Advantageous)

SQL (Advantageous)

Python (Advantageous)

For our Technical Graduates we look for:

N+ A+

SQL

I-NET

VM Ware & AWS certification / skill (would be advantageous)

Microsoft server qualifications (would be advantageous)

A technical orientation xe2x80x93 hands on mounting of access control equipment at clients is a must

Driverxe2x80x99s License will be required

To fit into our team, we want all candidates to have:

Great communication skills and friendly positive outgoing disposition

The position will be Gauteng based for the first year (post / during training - there will be the possibility of relocating across South Africa)

A View of our first year together:

We Kick Off September 2023 for our year long learning journey ending August 2024

Your Courses will include

An initial product, process, and soft skills overview training

Coaching and Peer learning

Shadowing of senior consultants in your areas

Information sessions by Industry Leaders

Assignments, tasks, and examinations

The program may include a travel component

Evaluation and Certifications are international

How will it work:

Courses are modular based using Online and Classroom training

For our university graduates - Training includes Internationally Accredited training in UKG Workforce Management solutions, through UKGxe2x80x99s Global Learning Management Systems for Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions

For our technical candidates xe2x80x93 Training will include International Hardware - access + time and attendance device configuration, implementation and troubleshooting training

You will receive a full license to attend and develop your skill with access to any courses available Udemy platform
