What to Expect


An 11-month experience that offers real responsibilities, impactful projects, and continuous learning across South Africa's leading property portfolio. Valuable exposure to different teams, environments, and operations in off-site locations. These experiences, when they arise, are a great way to broaden your perspective and deepen your understanding of the property industry. As part of the journey, you will attend a role specific learnership to accelerate your development.


Reporting Manager



Throughout your journey, you will be supported by a Senior Manager who will provide direction, feedback and mentorship to help you grow, learn and thrive in your role.

Solve real problems: Apply your analytical mindset to improve service delivery and drive continuous innovation across our business. We welcome graduates with the following qualifications specialising in Electrical Engineering:


Undergraduate




Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSc Eng) Bachelor of Engineering Technology (BEngTech)

OR Postgraduate Studies in Electrical, Energy or Power Engineering





Competencies and Skills


A sharp analytical mind paired with strong interpersonal skills. The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, even when things get fast-paced. Confidence with digital tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A deadline-driven mindset so you are able to manage your time and priorities. Strong presentation and communication skills. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
