Purpose of the role:

Westfalia Fruit is looking for young, talented, innovative, motivated, and ambitious graduates to join our 2026 Accelerated Graduates Programme (AGP). This Programme offers real-world industry exposure, structured on-the-job training, and extensive learning opportunities within a dynamic business environment. Participants will gain hands-on practical experience, develop critical professional skills, and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth. The positions will be based in various locations:

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured graduate development programme with rotational exposure Apply academic knowledge to practical, real-world business operations Support daily operational, technical, or administrative activities within the assigned discipline Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting Contribute to continuous improvement of initiatives Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Participate in training, mentoring, and development interventions Prepare progress reports and project updates as required

Qualification requirements:

Interested individuals must have a BSc, BEng, BEng-Tech, BCom, BTech or Degree in the following disciplines or related fields:

Minimum requirements:

South African Citizen Applicants must have completed suitable qualifications within above-mentioned disciplines. Applicants must not be older than 35 years of age.
