Job Description

We're seeking a proactive, organised graduate for a 4-month internship to support the

CEO Forum

and

Enlit Africa 2026

team. You'll own logistics for high-level executive engagement from planning to on-site delivery - ensuring our CEOs feel valued, supported and, informed throughout the journey.

What You'll Do

CEO Forum Logistics (pre-event & during)

Coordinate travel bookings (flights, accommodation) for invited CEOs. Liaise directly with CEOs, their offices and/or assistants to confirm schedules and communicate updates. Prepare and share travel itineraries, hotel details and event logistics. Serve as the primary point of contact for CEOs on logistics questions.

On-site Support at Enlit Africa

Be present at Enlit Africa 2026 (CTICC) to support CEOs during the event. Assist with check-ins, transfers and last-minute needs. Answer questions, escalate urgent issues and solve logistical challenges swiftly. Maintain a high-touch service experience that makes CEO delegates feel supported and appreciated.

Who You Are

Exceptional organiser with meticulous attention to detail. Strong communicator - comfortable speaking with senior executives. Calm under pressure with good problem-solving instincts. Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across stakeholders. Comfortable working both independently and in a team. Based in or willing to be in

Cape Town

for the duration of the role.

Nice-to-Have

Previous experience supporting event logistics, senior execs or client service. Proficiency with travel booking tools and calendar management. Familiarity with large conference environments.
