What will you do?

• Advertise vacancies on various platforms.
• Shortlist CVs from diverse channels, including MyWorkspace, referrals, and Careers24, etc.
• Source potential candidates and establish talent pipelines primarily for Sales Consultants roles within Sanlam Direct, utilizing platforms such as Careers24, LinkedIn, and other talent portals.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Send PSQ (Pre-Screening Questionnaire) assessments to successful candidates from the pre-screening stage.
• Prepare and share RGE lists with the assessment centre.
• Perform reference checks on shortlisted candidates.
• Facilitate MIE Checks (with the understanding that training may be required for this individual).
• Organize and compile interview packs for relevant interview sessions.
• Coordinate interview schedules as needed.
• Assemble and organize onboarding packs for all newly hired employees.
• Provide assistance in drafting appointment letters.
• Support the digitalization effort by scanning and archiving old interview packs onto the HR drive.
• Offer aid with other pertinent HR tasks as required.

What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification & experience

• A completed HR degree or BComm Industrial Psychology degree
• No work experience required.

• MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook)
• Good basic IT/systems operations knowledge
• Financial Services Industry Knowledge
• Financial Services Product Knowledge (Sanlam and competitors)
