JOB SUMMARY
Komatsu South Africa has an opportunity for a graduate engineer to join their operations team at our Mogalakwena branch.
This training role aims at providing a solid foundation in the principles and applications of the Engineering Discipline through learning, on the job training and exposure to customers, training modules and internal related processes. To learn and become acquainted with the KAfH methodologies, desired culture of exceeding compliance and leading by example applying the principles and standards of SLQDC and the Komatsu Way.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- B.Sc Degree/B-Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Mining Engineering
- Industry: Mining & Construction Earth Moving & Mobile Equipment
- MS Office Proficient
- Team Work, Active Listening, Results in Orientation, Receiving Feedback, General Written Communication, Verbal Communication, Work Prioritisation, Standards Execution.
- On-the-Job Training-Mogalakwena
- Executes assigned project tasks aligned with the training programme of each stage
- Drafting own project/assignment progress reports.
