Our client, a prominent mining company, is seeking enthusiastic Graduate Process Engineer (BEng ONLY) to become part of their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering an invaluable opportunity to immerse themselves in the workflow and acquire hands-on experience across diverse domains. Throughout the program, this graduate engineer will benefit from close guidance and mentorship by specialists within our client's organization, encompassing a wide spectrum of functions such as customer service, laboratory testing and analysis, reporting, and customer sales. Furthermore, this role may necessitate travel to various sites within KwaZulu-Natal, providing a dynamic and engaging learning experience.

Requirements:

• BEng Process (Chemical Engineer) Degree ONLY
• Fully completed vaccination certificate
• Own vehicle and valid license
• Willing to work underground from time to time.
• RSA Citizen xe2x80x93 SA ID
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Energetic and hard worker
• Self-motivated and self-starter
• Analytical for troubleshooting
• Practical and resourceful nature
• Interpersonal skills in developing positive working relationships.
• Math skills for using the principals of advanced math trouble shooting work, calculus for analysis.

Duties:

• Establishing safety procedures for individuals working with dangerous chemicals
• Developing methods for separating components of gases and liquids or for generating electrical currents
• Maintain Good Laboratory Practices while conducting water analysis tests, calibrations and reporting of results.
• Troubleshooting problems associated with customerxe2x80x99s water processes.
• Site servicing as per service protocols
• Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Estimating costs and preparing quotations
• Dealing directly with clients and the selling of solutions
• Assisting with reports to Management and clients xe2x80x93 report writing
