Management and monitoring of risk management systems for Scientific Services to ensure protection of Rand water assets and personnel.

Minimum Requirements
B.Tech in Health & Safety Management. SAMTRAC/Equivalent. Root Cause Analysis Technique (RCAT). Driver's license.

Primary Duties
SHE induction of contractors and new Rand Water employees. Monitor contractors' compliance onsite. Coordinating SHE Reps monthly inspections and reporting. SHE awareness training of employees. Conduct quarterly internal audits. Monitor adherence to legal & other requirements. Coordinate collection & disposal of waste from site. CCTV & access control system management. Complete a project as defined by the Risk Control Coordinator.

Knowledge
Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental legislation
Basic knowledge of statistical software
Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 9001 standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages
