Job Description
Management and monitoring of risk management systems for Scientific Services to ensure protection of Rand water assets and personnel.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Tech in Health & Safety Management.
- SAMTRAC/Equivalent.
- Root Cause Analysis Technique (RCAT).
- Driver's license.
- SHE induction of contractors and new Rand Water employees.
- Monitor contractors' compliance onsite.
- Coordinating SHE Reps monthly inspections and reporting.
- SHE awareness training of employees.
- Conduct quarterly internal audits.
- Monitor adherence to legal & other requirements.
- Coordinate collection & disposal of waste from site.
- CCTV & access control system management.
- Complete a project as defined by the Risk Control Coordinator.
Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental legislation
Basic knowledge of statistical software
Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 9001 standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages
