We are seeking talented Mechanical Engineering Graduates.
Our Graduate Development Programme is designed to build the future leaders of engineering! Through an exciting combination of hands-on projects, mentorship, and specialised training, well help you develop the skills and experience you need to thrive in this dynamic field.

Programme Details:
- Duration: 24-month rotational programme
- Location: Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng
- Start Date: 01 July 2025
- Be a South African Citizen
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Hold a minimum aggregate pass rate of 50%, demonstrating strong academic performance
- A genuine interest in the gas/manufacturing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be a team player who values collaboration
- Not currently enrolled in any other learnership or graduate programme, allowing full dedication to this opportunity
- Be willing to relocate to the Vanderbijlpark area
- Display a practical and technical approach
