Goldi - Assistant Hatchery Manager - StandertonRole SummaryTo plan, organize, lead and control all aspects and duties assigned to him/her in order to achieve the production standards for the specific operation under his/her control.The ideal candidate would be responsible for:Managing all aspects of the Hatchery operations;Managing staff of the Hatchery;Achieving targets and objectives;Stock control and accurate keeping of records;Managing a strict Bio-security environment;Adhering to H&S Act requirements;Implementing 20 keys;Attending to after hours alarms.The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:B.Sc. Agric or Diploma in Agriculture;He/ she must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills;Must have at least 2 years relevant Hatchery Management experience;Computer literacy;The candidate must have high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail;It is essential that the candidate have a passion for implementing 20 keys;Must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
