Remote Global Recruiting ManagerThe Company is seeking a seasoned, Remote Global Recruiting Manager to join our team.This position is responsible for recruiting for all divisions within our firm, both in the US and South Africa, with the potential to expand to other countries.A successful candidate will have the ability to apply knowledge of recruiting best practices to perform full cycle recruiting and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.The ideal candidate will take pride and ownership in the recruiting process and serve as a thought partner for hiring managers crafting job descriptions and ads, screening candidates, making recommendations to hiring managers, to effectively manage the recruitment process, leveraging technology where possible.Strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively is paramount.A successful candidate will provide high quality service by demonstrating a commitment to a successful outcome as measured and rewarded by key performance indicators.About usThe Company was founded in 2006 and provides outsourced accounting services to clients remotely in a wide range of industries. We have provided remote positions to staff for over 10 years. The Company has the experience and infrastructure to support this work-from-home model.

The Company is scaling rapidly and looking for experienced team members to help grow the organization. We have experienced moderate growth in all years leading up to 2021 and now service clients globally. Since 2021, the Company has doubled in size from organic growth and two acquisitions. As Global recruiter, you will lead the efforts to attract, source, and recruit opportunistic hires who look forward to a challenge and have a desire to grow with the company.Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment activities for all exempt, non-exempt, and temporary personnel.
  • Recruit and hire talented individuals, ensuring hiring policies and processes are being followed and prioritizing the candidate experience.
  • Update recruiting policies and procedures as needed.
  • Review and edit job descriptions and job ads from hiring managers.
  • Write and edit interview materials.
  • Assist with screening resumes for postings.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screens and reference calls.
  • Schedule and participate in kick-off meetings for new job postings to ensure the search focuses on necessary knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)
  • Post and cross-post job ads
  • Research new posting opportunities and track results, especially for paid postings.
  • Remain current on market trends, examine sourcing channels to determine best methods and to find top candidates.
  • Maintain candidate tracking software, track each candidate and provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with transparency and care for the candidates by providing timelines, next steps, timely follow-ups and constructive feedback.
  • Schedule interviews and administering writing exercises.
  • Track and promote candidate leads.
  • Track, analyse, and report on hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, tenure, cost to hire, offer to acceptance ratio, etc.
  • Evaluate and make suggestions based on the reports of the recruiting department in relation to established goals.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, provincial, and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure that key recruiting responsibilities including hiring log, scheduling, and HRIS systems are up-to-date and following established processes.
  • Develop and suggest initiatives to enhance the Company''''s reputation as desirable place to work.
  • Utilize and demonstrate to others how to utilize, social media for ongoing recruitment efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with recruiters, for positions where their use is approved.
  • Search on LinkedIn and other sites for passive candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time-to-time.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years'''' experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to cover meetings and calls in South Africa and throughout the US.
  • Effective communication skills-- both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in a remote work environment.
  • Experience using ATS software and Microsoft Suite.
  • Bachelor''''s degree in a related field (business, human resources, etc.) or a certification in Human Resources, recruiting, or employment law strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in accounting firms, especially recruiting in the Accounting or software implementation industries is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in multiple countries is preferred.
Salary and Hourly RangeThis is a full-time positioning offering $80,000-$90,000 per year with bonuses of up to 10% of salary.Benefits include.
