Job Summary Our client, a leading European, inclusive of the British Isles, mental healthcare platform, connecting accredited therapists globally is seeking to URGENTLY appoint an accomplished Operations Director to be based in their Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa Office, to lead their global network of clinical professionals, both locally and remotely. NOTE WELL : This role requires Full-time hybrid work: with the requirement to come to the office as per business requirements. MAIN PURPOSE FOR THE ROLE : To provide strategic guidance and support to the COO and to the business in general. To serve a pivotal role in collaborating with the executive team to develop and execute operational strategies that seamlessly align with their business objectives, ensuring the sustained success of our day-to-day operations. To provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. To formulate and implement Policies and procedures which will shape and oversee and manage. To Drive innovative operational processes. KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: At minimum a BBA, a B Degree (Operations Management) or their NQF equivalents. A Masters degree will be a distinct advantage. At least 15 years post-qualification experience in a leadership role in operations would be preferred. Proven experience in operations management in a leadership role.
