Key Responsibilities
Resource Bookings & Administrative Support
Secure appropriate and cost-effective
resources for L&D events
within required timelines.
Provide
administrative support
to the Global L&D department, ensuring smooth execution of training logistics.
Data & Information Management
Accurately record
event bookings, financial processing, and resource tracking
in LYRA INTERNATIONAL systems.
Maintain
clear and professional correspondence
with clients, global teams, and sales consultants.
Systems & Client Support
Administer
client access rights
to LYRA INTERNATIONAL Learning Systems where applicable.
Provide
basic technical support
for clients utilizing LYRA INTERNATIONAL L&D platforms.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
High school diploma (minimum) or undergraduate degree preferred.
Experience:
2-3 years in
administrative support, event coordination, or Learning & Development operations
