Key Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, and structure documents, reports, and correspondence on behalf of executives or management.
Develop comprehensive and detailed
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
that are clear, practical, and aligned with company standards.
Prepare and design
presentations
that effectively communicate key information and project deliverables.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all written materials.
Collaborate with relevant departments to gather insights, verify information, and refine content.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Ghost Writer
, Content Writer, or Technical Writer.
Experience in drafting
SOPs
and creating structured, process-driven documentation.
Experiencing writing company procedures
Strong
presentation development skills
(PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar).
Excellent command of written English, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone and style.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple deliverables in a project-based environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
