German-Speaking Customer Service Agent - JhbGerman-speaking Call Centre Employee Sales ? What You'll Be Doing:? Resolving consumer complaints with precision and empathy? Providing exceptional inbound and outbound telephonic support, including chat and back-office services? Responding promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, both written and verbal? Offering customer support for travel-related queries (bonus points if you have knowledge of the airline industry!)? Managing complaints and resolving them with integrity, accuracy, and great attention to detail? Keeping up communication with the client and suppliers to ensure the best outcomes for customers What We Need From You:Fluent in German (written and spoken)? 1+ years' experience in the travel, tourism, or customer service industry? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platforms? Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail? Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and German)? Problem-solver with the ability to de-escalate complaints professionally? Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs?
