Your key job responsibilities as the German speaking Experience Associate in Cape Town, South Africa:

• Communicate with guests via email and phone
• Assist guests with online check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about our facilities, services, and local attractions in Dutch
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
• Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with team members to uphold our high standards of service excellence
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
