About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate (Recent Graduate) eager to join a fast paced and growing start up. In this role, you will optimize lead gen strategy and run direct B2B sales in our German market.
This role is perfect for a driven graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in sales, market development, and digital sales tools to learn at a pace you can't find in the corporate world. You will play a key role in launching AI lead gen tools, engaging with potential customers, driving our sales pipeline, and helping partao reach its next funding round.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify new B2B leads in Germany. Support outbound sales activities including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Maintain accurate records in CRM and help improve prospecting processes.
Sales Development: Conduct initial outreach and discovery calls with potential clients. Present Partao's value proposition clearly and confidently. Nurture leads and book qualified meetings for senior sales managers.
Lead Gen Tools & Optimization: Assist in launching and testing new digital lead generation tools. Monitor tool performance and provide feedback for improvements. Contribute to sales automation workflows and reporting dashboards.
Market Insights & Feedback: Gather insights from German customers and prospects to help refine messaging. Share market intelligence with the broader team to support product and marketing strategy
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in customer service.
Advantageous: experience in operations, procurement, order processing, or supply chain.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tracking tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
Proficiency in German at a business level.
High integrity, trustworthiness, and comfort handling customer data.
Problem-solving mindset and a self-starter attitude.
Bonus Points
Recent graduate in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, and digital tools.
Excellent communication skills in German (native/near-native) and English
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
