Job Title: Business Development Associate (Entry-Level Healthcare Sales)Experience: 1-2 years preferredOrchard is seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Associate to support our healthcare staffing sales team by uncovering new business opportunities across the U.S. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, whos ready to dive into sales within the healthcare staffing space.What Youll Do:
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and messaging to engage new contacts
- Qualify prospects based on need, interest, and timing
- Pass warm, qualified leads to the Business Development Representative team for full-cycle follow-up
- Track all outreach activity using the tools provided and maintain organized notes
- Support national sales and Marketing campaigns with timely follow-ups and insight
- Preferred degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to cold call and consistently connect with new contacts
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
