fluent German speakers
to join our customer service and claims team.German is the most important requirement

What You'll Do:
Help German-speaking customers with claims and policy questions via phone and email Guide customers through the claims process in a clear, supportive way Handle queries and service requests with professionalism Learn to identify and escalate potential fraud Provide care and support to vulnerable customers Work with your team to deliver great service and meet performance goals
What You Need:
Fluent German and English

) Great communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude Willingness to learn - no prior insurance experience needed Comfortable using a computer and learning new systemsWe Provide:
