German Sales Agent Remote (South Africa)

Compensation: xe2x82xac5.50 per hour + benefits + commission

About the Role
A dynamic and fast-growing company is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join its remote sales team. The successful candidates will engage with warm leads, selling health and wellness products (vitamins and supplements) while following provided sales scripts. This role is suited to individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Prior sales experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to a warm customer base (no cold calling)
Sell health and wellness products using company-provided sales scripts
Accurately update CRM systems to track customer interactions
Meet and exceed sales targets with the support of expert training
Requirements
Fluency in German (B2-C1 level) essential
Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and professionalism
Resilience and motivation to work in a sales-driven environment
Reliable internet connection: Wired or 5G (60Mbps+, Ping
Basic tech setup: Laptop or desktop computer with a headset
