DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise a team of call center associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Coach team members regularly to meet performance metrics
Address performance issues, implement corrective actions, and uphold customer service standards
Communicate expectations, provide subject matter expertise, and conduct team meetings
Stay updated on internal processes and promote company values as a team advocate.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written
Two to four years of relevant experience
An associate's degree in a related field will be considered as an advantage
Strong motivation and coaching skills to guide team members in achieving performance goals
Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently follow through on tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in leading a team to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Capability to mentor, coach, and provide guidance to team members
Willingness to work flexible hours within the office's operational schedule, which spans from 8 AM - 9 PM (CET) daily (Monday to Sunday).
