Woolpert is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as full-time Trainee Geospatial Editors based in our
Johannesburg
office on a
6-month contract
, with the possibility of an extension based on performance and project needs.
We are committed to developing young talent by providing hands-on experience with cutting-edge geospatial technologies in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Essential Functions:
Basic geospatial digital map interpretation and editing, including daily processing/editing of geospatial data.
Evaluate accuracy and efficiency and ensuring compliance to applicable project and industry aerial mapping products standards.
Assists more experienced technicians with various duties, maintenance, and other tasks.
Responsible for following Quality Management Procedures as designed.
Management of individual deadlines based on work tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Matric with Geography is required.
Minimum 2 years' work experience
