Generics Detail Sales Manager

Our valued client is looking for a Sales Manager who can lead a team of Detailing Sales Representatives across the country. This team should excel at making convincing sales calls to general practitioners, specialists, and pharmacies to exceed divisional targets and operational expectations. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated by results.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Detail Sales Manager
  • Thorough knowledge of the pharmaceutical market
The ideal candidate should possess the skills to execute sales and marketing strategies for their division. They must also create a foundation for future sales growth and foster an environment that supports this growth. Additionally, they will oversee the selling activities of their region, manage resources effectively, and establish positive relationships with key customers. Strong problem-solving skills are a must, and they will be responsible for forecasting and tracking sales within their region. They will also analyze and report on regional and national sales data, evaluate market trends, and identify factors that may impact regional sales and profitability.
