Design and propose policies to promote sales culture and vision. Oversee sales operations to keep the business on track with Sales Target, Margins and EBIT. Report company activities to the COO.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with overall company goals.
Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and effectively managing the sales pipeline.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use market insights to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly
Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the domestic water pump market and have some industrial pump knowledge and understanding.
