Office Manager - Luxury Hotel & Spa Supply Industry
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Office Manager to join our dynamic team serving the luxury hotel and spa industry. This role requires a solution-oriented professional with a genuine passion for learning and a customer-focused mindset to support our growing business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping using Xero accounting software
Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel
Handle face-to-face customer interactions with professionalism and warmth
Coordinate with luxury hotel and spa clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
Support various departments with administrative tasks and project coordination
Maintain office efficiency through effective systems and procedures
Assist with general business operations as needed
Essential Requirements
Education
: Matric certificate (Grade 12)
Nationality
: South African citizen or permanent resident
Technical Skills
: Proficient in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Experience
: General office management experience preferred
