Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across FOH and BOH, ensuring excellence in every shift Deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards Manage staffing, rosters, procurement, stock control, and service delivery Optimise food and labour costs and improve operational efficiencies Drive restaurant performance through effective budgeting, P&L, and financial reporting Lead, train, and mentor high-performing teams Foster strong customer relationships and respond to feedback professionally Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and labour regulations Champion local store marketing initiatives to grow brand presence Collaborate with the Support Office on strategic and operational rollouts

What We're Looking For

5-10 years'

experience in a senior restaurant management role Strong kitchen knowledge, particularly with grills and full-service operations Proven financial acumen, including budgeting, costing, and P&L management Experience with inventory control, procurement, and supplier relations Skilled in menu engineering and food cost management Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities A passion for team development and ongoing staff training Comfortable with technology, reporting tools, and restaurant management systems A hands-on, accountable, guest-centric leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) Hospitality or business-related tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree/National Certificate) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
