Ensure profitability and manage costs effectively.
Build a strong organizational culture, motivating staff and driving accountability.
Handle performance reviews, promotions, and conflict resolution
Ensure that operations comply with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact performance or reputation.
Develop contingency plans for crises or market disruptions
Minimum Requirements:
Matric/ Grade 12
10 - 12 years' experience in Sales or Management role (Tools & Equipment)
Knowledge of Policies & Procedures
Valid driver's license
