Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall dealership performance across sales, service, and parts departments
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Maintain exceptional customer experience in line with luxury brand standards
- Manage budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior dealership management role
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and service targets
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with premium or luxury automotive brands advantageous
