Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall dealership performance across sales, service, and parts departments
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain exceptional customer experience in line with luxury brand standards
  • Manage budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior dealership management role
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and service targets
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with premium or luxury automotive brands advantageous
