- Matric
- Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
- 8 - 10 years in Marketing and Sales
- Management experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Strong understanding of energy storage technologies and markets / engineering / PV Projects / Electrical
- Drive the marketing and sales strategies to promote and sell cutting edge energy storage solutions.
- Marketing Strategy and planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, product positioning and market penetration.
- Market research and analysis
- Oversea creation of marketing materials, campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Sales Management.
- Lead the sales team in achieving revenue and sales targets
- Establish targets and develop plans.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Implement effective sales processes.
