Location: Atlantic Seaboard
Salary: R30,000 - R50,000 (Negotiable)
Overview:
Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury restaurant located on the Atlantic Seaboard. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both front-of-house (FoH) and back-of-house (BoH) management within the hospitality industry, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and manage the restaurant team to achieve performance and service standards.
  • Oversee all daily operations, including staff management, financial controls, and stock management.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and improve guest satisfaction levels in line with brand standards.
  • Develop and implement processes that ensure operational efficiency.
  • Report on financial performance and identify areas for cost optimisation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a senior management role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimise profitability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and guest experience.
