Job Summary Hotel Manager - Mpumalanga Opening of a 50 roomed hotel, with restaurant, bar and spa set in a conservation area, meeting the highest standards of conservation-minded and lifestyle-driven hospitality excellence. o Hospitality management diploma essential o Proven track record as GM (10 years plus) in a 5* ultra-luxury hotel or safari lodge environment o Strong knowledge of financial principles applicable to hotel management - budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost control. o Experience in property pre-opening, rebranding, or significant expansion projects o Understanding of conservation principles and community engagement o Knowledge of current trends in wellness tourism, food & beverage, and experiential travel Please forward a detailed and UPDATED CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) and a Recent head & shoulders photo.
