Job Summary A high-end luxury lodge in Northern Limpopo is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all lodge operations and uphold the highest levels of service and guest experience. This is a live-in position suited to a hands-on leader with a deep passion for hospitality, people, and the African bush. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all lodge departments to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain exceptional guest service and operational standards Manage; train, and motivate staff across all departments Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Build strong relationships with guests, owners, and suppliers Requirements: Minimum 5 years' management experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environment Proven leadership, financial acumen, and guest relations skills Strong operational knowledge across all departments Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Willing to live on-site in a remote bush environment Package: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Live-in position with full board Opportunity to lead a world-class property renowned for excellence
