Are you a seasoned finance professional with a knack for operational excellence? This market leading Automotive business is on the lookout for a General Manager: Finance who can not only manage financial strategies but also drive operational efficiency within our esteemed company.
Other duties include:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial transactions.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to streamline operational processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and maximize operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Lead the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational and financial performance.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA qualified or completed MBA
- 5 8 years within an operational capacity
