General Manager: Centre Management
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee the full operational, ?nancial, leasing, and of a retail property. The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary quali?cation in Property Management or Finance, along with at least 5 years of experience in retail or commercial property management. Key responsibilities include budgeting, managing vacancies and arrears, oversee marketing initiatives, leading the centre management team, and ensuring an excellent tenant and customer experience. This role is ideal for a results-driven, organised professional with strong ?nancial and leadership skills.
Position based in Somerset West, Cape Town.
