Job Description

We are a busy, thriving, fast-paced restaurant looking for an exceptional FOH General Manager to lead our operations.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with at least 3 years + of proven work experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Extensive experience with Pilot POS system is essential

- Demonstrable expertise in food cost management and inventory control.

- Exceptional administrative capabilities, including strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient record-keeping

- A proven track record of effective team leadership, staff development, and maintaining high service standards.

- Meeting deadlines is essential in a short period of time
