Job Description

General Manager position of well established restaurant & cocktail lounge based in Kloof Street, Cape Town.

Requirements & responsibilities:

Must have previous General Management experience (non negotiable). Night shift based with 1 x admin day shift a week. General running of the restaurant including: staff management, rosters, cost control, stock control, food quality, guest experience, maximizing turnover, maintaining a high level of service. Must have own vehicle Full JD available should application be considered. Salary negotiable for the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From R30000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
