1. Operations management

Oversee all of the property's operations, including rooms division, food and beverage outlet, recreation facilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and security, to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.

2. Financial management
/strong
/p
p
Develop and manage the property's budget, forecasting revenue and expenses, analyzing financial performance, and implementing cost-saving measures to optimize profitability and achieve financial targets.
/p

3. Guest relations
/strong
/p
p
Cultivate positive relationships with guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance their stay and satisfaction.
/p

4. Staff training and development
/strong
/p
p
Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high service standards and a positive work culture.
/p

5. Quality control
/strong
/p
p
Maintain high standards of product and service quality, conducting regular inspections, and implementing procedures to ensure consistency and excellence throughout the hotel.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 5 Years Small Luxury Hotel GM experience within a busy Hotel environment
/p

Previous F&B Management experience preferred

/li

p
Hospitality Management Diploma
/p
/li
li
p
Matric Grade 12
/p
/li
li
p
Own Vehicle & Valid driver license
/p
/li
li
p
Excellent costing and reporting skills
