to join our Finance department at ME Elecmetal Prima and ME Elecmetal Manufacturing. This is a full-time, temporary contract for 3 months to assist while a permanent employee is on maternity leave and the Accounts Receivable position is vacant.
The successful candidate will report to the Accounting Manager and Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare ODBC reports for Syspro.
Assist with processing on Syspro Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare and review reconciliations between Syspro and third-party information.
Create payment batches and assist with CODs and fixed assets where necessary.
Assist with vendor application forms and journal preparation.
Communicate with procurement and stores regarding variances.
Prepare ad-hoc reports from Syspro data.
Comply with company regulations for quality, safety, and health.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Syspro experience is critical and not negotiable
.
Experience with ODBC report writing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in report preparation and strong analytical skills.
Ability to operate Syspro and a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrate initiative and self-leadership.
