Job Description
Kerndoel van die pos: OVK is op soek na dinamiese en ambisieuse gegradueerdes om by die OVK familie aan te sluit. Kandidate sal praktiese blootstelling kry tot die besigheid asook die geleentheid kry om saam met ons mees suksesvolle spanne en individue saam te werk om nuwe vaardighede aan te leer en besigheidsinsig op te doen. Minimum Vereistes: Die suksesvolle kandidate moet oor die volgende beskik:
- B.Com Algemene Bestuur / Ondernemingsbestuur;
- Geldige rybewys.
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Syfervaardig;
- Goeie organisasie vermoxc3xab;
- Moet onder druk kan funksioneer;
- Moet vertroulikheid kan handhaaf;
- Die vermoxc3xab om goeie interpersoonlike verhoudinge te kan handhaaf;
- Sterk analitiese en probleem oplossingsvaardighede.
Main purpose of the position: OVK is looking for dynamic and ambitious Graduates to join the OVK family. Candidates will get practical exposure to the business and work alongside some of our most successful people and teams to gain new skills and obtain business insight. Minimum requirements: The successful candidates will need the following:
- B.Com General Management / Business Management;
- Valid drivers license.
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Strong numerical ability;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Must be able to thrive under pressure;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
- The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
