Garment Technologist Qa
Job Description
A well established clothing manufacturing company based in ladysmith requires a Garment Technologist to join our team.
Duties mainly include the following but not limited to;
-Working on production floor, ensuring quality standards
-Checking spec requirements and fabric shrinkage
-Assessing fit samples, PP samples, bulk samples, bulk markers
-Ensuring Pre bulk is up to stadard and authorizing production
-Fabric test approvals and wash care instructions
-AQl reports, quality reports on all bulk orders
-Heading up quality team and ensuring quality is followed at every stage of the production process
The ideal candidate is someone who has knowledge of jeans and denim fabrics with relevant experience and be responsible for all quality aspects.
