- Bachelors degree in Business or related Hospitality field
- Min. 5 years' experience as a General Manager of a LARGE 4 or 5-Star Lodge/Resort
- Solid and proven track record with 5 years experience in a leadership role in F&B.
- Sound knowledge of hotel financials, revenue management, and budgeting.
- Proficient in industry-specific software and systems.
- Valid RSA ID and Drivers Licenese essential
